Psychoneuroimmunology is an interdisciplinary field that has provided a foundation for understanding the pathways between the brain and immune system as well as the importance of the mind in influencing physical and mental health.

The unconscious mind controls all of the millions of biochemical reactions that take place in the human body without any conscious effort. The unconscious mind is an extremely sophisticated and powerful tool and the goal is to understand its potential. Through hypnosis we can tap into the unconscious mind and release biochemicals necessary for optimal health and outstanding performance.

Case studies and research studies willl be used to demonstrate the effectiveness of self-hypnosis to enhance the immune system. Participants will experience the technique to improve self-confidence, energy level, health and well-being.
